Location: NH Lakes Region, NH Seacoast. The ideal candidate would reside in the Southern/Central NH area or be willing to commute daily to NH Lakes Region and/or Seacoast for projects. Occasional visits to the home office in Waltham MA also required.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate on-site activities, manage teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, technical drawing interpretation, and team supervision will drive successful project outcomes while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, crew members, and vendors to optimize productivity and quality.
- Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Procore construction management software.
- Enforce OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
- Oversee quality control procedures, inspecting work for compliance with blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately to guide on-site activities and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Coordinate construction schedule updates, manage project timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders effectively.
- Lead team meetings, manage crew performance, provide guidance on managing contracts, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Skills
- Extensive experience with heavyBid or equivalent construction estimating tools.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Primavera P3 for project scheduling; familiarity with Construction scheduling best practices.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety requirements.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction documents.
- Excellent management skills with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Skilled in managing contracts, overseeing quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
- Ability to interpret technical measurements using tools like ohmmeters or other testing equipment as needed.
- Effective communication skills for managerial roles—managing crews, coordinating with clients or stakeholders—and resolving issues efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial or infrastructure construction projects with a focus on pipeline development or heavy civil works.
