BlackTrail Logistics LLC is looking for reliable, motivated independent delivery drivers / owner-operators with their own vehicle to complete high-volume package delivery routes.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for drivers who own or have access to a reliable cargo van, Sprinter van, Transit van, ProMaster, minivan, or similar delivery vehicle.
Compensation
- Earn up to $3,500 per week
- Compensation varies based on route availability, package volume, vehicle capacity, and routes completed

What You'll Do
- Pick up and deliver packages along assigned delivery routes
- Complete routes of up to approximately 300 packages per day
- Load and organize packages in your vehicle for efficient delivery
- Follow assigned routes and delivery instructions
- Provide delivery updates
- Capture required proof of delivery
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, delivery issues, or route changes
- Maintain professional and courteous service while completing deliveries
Vehicle Requirements
You must provide your own reliable delivery vehicle. Examples include:
- Sprinter vans
- RAM ProMaster vans
- Ford Transit vans
- Cargo vans
- Minivans
- Other approved vehicles with sufficient cargo capacity
Vehicles must be dependable, properly registered, and capable of safely handling the assigned delivery volume.
Driver Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal delivery vehicle
- Valid vehicle registration
- Current auto insurance
- Smartphone with reliable cellular/data service
- Ability to pass a background check
- Safe driving record
- Ability to repeatedly enter and exit your vehicle throughout the day
- Ability to lift and carry packages
- Strong reliability, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to independently manage and complete an assigned route

This is an independent contractor (1099) position, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are responsible for providing and maintaining their own vehicle and other expenses associated with operating their business unless otherwise specified in their contractor agreement.
