CONFIDENTIAL PRODUCTION KITTER OPPORTUNITY – 1ST SHIFT
A Production Kitter is responsible for gathering, verifying, and organizing all parts and materials needed for manufacturing work orders. You will pull components based on Bills of Material (BOMs), confirm accuracy, and stage complete kits so production can run without delays or missing parts.
This position supports production activities tied to U.S. Navy and defense manufacturing programs. The work ensures that materials are properly staged and verified so production teams can build critical electrical and cable assemblies used in military applications.
When kitting is done correctly, it directly helps ensure:
- Navy-related production stays on schedule
- Critical systems are built accurately the first time
- Delivery commitments to defense programs are met
This role is critical because if a kit is incorrect or incomplete, production stops.
