Overview
Pathfinder Digital is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Production Manager to lead our cable assembly operations. This role is responsible for managing daily production activities, overseeing personnel, and ensuring that production goals are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and determine daily and long-term production schedules for cable assembly operations
- Assign tasks and work orders to production personnel based on schedules, priorities, and skill sets
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate production staff to maintain strong team performance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, production processes, and safety regulations
- Monitor workflow and adjust assignments as needed to meet deadlines and production targets
- Coordinate with engineering, materials management, and other departments to maintain smooth operations
- Track production metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Identify process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste
- Ensure the work environment remains organized, safe, and compliant with company policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience in production supervision or management, preferably in cable assembly, electronics manufacturing, or related fields
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and quality control
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with cable assembly or similar production activities is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
