Location: Monticello
Title: Service Maintenance
Purpose
Performs maintenance duties as well as serves as safety coordinator and assists in coordinating customer pick-ups and deliveries in the Lawn and Garden Shop.
Responsibilities
- Keep all facilities neat and organized including the shop, parts, and showroom
- Perform maintenance on buildings as instructed
- Keep the lot neat and organized
- Lawn mowing and snow removal
- Maintain service trucks and pickups as needed
- Perform shop equipment maintenance
- Perform light repair work in the Lawn and Garden Shop
- Coordinate safety inspections and safety meetings
- Help with deliveries when needed
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries for the Lawn and Garden Shop
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Computer experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned
- Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures
- Ability to obtain medical card
