Job requirements:
- Must be 18 years old or older
. High school diploma
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must obtain CPR & First Aid
- Must have a physician’s report and T.B. test/chest x-ray within 10 days upon hire date
- *$79 fingerprint for Community Care Licensing
- Must be fully vaccinated with booster / pending booster to be received, must show proof
- Experience recommended. If no experience, we can train you.

Job duties:
o Personal hygiene
o Bathing, grooming, oral and hair care
o Continence management (diaper change / toileting)
o Dressing
o Feeding
o Preparing meals
o Cleaning facility

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
o FULL TIME OR PART-TIME
§ DAY SHIFT (6am-2:30pm / 2:30pm-10pm)
§ AWAKE NIGHT SHIFT (10pm-6am)
