You walk in and the room changes.

You know every patient's name before they get to the desk. You read the room in seconds —
who needs warmth, who needs information, who needs someone to cut through the noise and
tell them exactly what to do next.
The doctors trust you completely. The patients feel it. The whole practice runs better because
you showed up.
That's what we're looking for.
Not a receptionist. Not a scheduler. The person who IS the practice from the moment someone
walks in the door.
WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS
Think: cruise ship director meets healthcare closer.
You set the energy. You hold the standard. You make every patient feel like they are the most
important person in the building — and then you lead them, with warmth and clarity, into a
decision that can change their health for the rest of their life.
This is a sales role. We won't dress it up. Care plan conversations range from $500 to $7,000+
.
You will present them. You will guide the conversation. You will close.

2. Financial Conversations & Care Plan Closing
◆ Present care plans with confidence — not apology
◆ Hold the frame when patients push back on price, timing, or hesitation
◆ Close same-day sign-ons consistently
◆ Navigate emotional conversations with grace and ground
◆ Track your conversion rate and drive it up
3. Boundaries & Standards
◆ Hold the line with patients — warmly, firmly, without drama
◆ Be the person who can say "here's how this works" and have it land right
◆ Protect the doctors' time and the clinic's rhythm
◆ Maintain the standard even when it's uncomfortable
4. Team & Operations
◆ Communicate clearly and directly with the clinical team — no dropped balls
◆ Contribute to systems, help build what doesn't exist yet
◆ Train future team members as we grow

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
◆ $20–$27/hr based on experience
