Outbound Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated, articulate, and empathetic Outbound Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Northern Virginia. In this role, you will be the proactive voice of our practice, reaching out to current, past, and prospective patients to schedule appointments, follow up on care plans, and share educational wellness opportunities. This position includes a comprehensive, mandatory 90-day fully paid training program on-site at our state-of-the-art facility to ensure your complete success.
Position Overview

- Core Focus: Outbound calling, appointment setting, and patient relationship management
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to existing and prospective patients.
- Reactivate past patients by sharing new holistic services and wellness seminars.
- Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and specialized evaluations.
- Deliver excellent service by answering questions about our holistic healthcare approach.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in our CRM/electronic health system.
Qualifications
- Location: Must reside in or be able to reliably commute to Northern Virginia.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in outbound calling, telemarketing, or medical scheduling.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional phone presence.
- Mindset: Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others live pain-free lives.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating multi-line phone systems and patient databases.
