Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for operating enameled wire production equipment, performing all or part of the process from pay-off, coating, baking, to take-up. The ideal candidate should be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the high-quality standards of our products. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for this position.

Key Responsibilities
1. Equipment Operation & Monitoring: Safely set up, operate, and monitor enameled wire production line equipment, including pay-off stands, coating applicators, curing ovens, and take-up systems.
2. Quality Control: Regularly inspect product quality according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), using measuring tools like micrometers to check wire diameter, roundness, and film thickness, ensuring compliance with specifications.
3. Production Documentation: Accurately and promptly complete production reports, quality check sheets, and equipment logs.
4. Material Handling: Handle the loading of raw copper wire, unloading and packaging of finished wire, and replenishment of coating materials.
5. Basic Maintenance: Perform routine equipment cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventative maintenance tasks. Assist technicians with troubleshooting and repairs.
6. Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company safety rules and 5S standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
7. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to report any production anomalies, equipment issues, or safety hazards.
8. Process Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement activities and suggest ideas for enhancing production efficiency, quality, and safety.

Qualifications & Skills
Required:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
3. Basic math and measurement skills; ability to read simple drawings and specifications.
4. Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments (e.g., micrometer, caliper).
5. Ability to work shifts (if required) and perform physical work that involves prolonged standing.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
