Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service to Truckomat customers

Process cash-handling transactions

Hand-brush trucks per driver’s request

Keeping the work area clean and safe for employees and customers

Supervise a team of Washbay attendants and work alongside them to ensure trucks are washed to our excellent standards
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.

One year of experience in a retail environment and six months of supervisory experience are preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively to de-escalate any customer issues.

Must be a self-motivated individual.

Dependable with reliable transportation

Flexible schedule availability to ensure coverage.
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations.
