Role Objective
Supervises and develops work teams and processes in order to meet business and customer needs while maintaining a whole system balance.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Develop processes and effective teams
Coach teams and team members
Facilitate team meetings and team development
Provide resources for the team
Champion continuous improvement
Develop and maintain measures and data relating to performance
Analyze data and provide the results to the team
Plan, organize, and execute the assembly plan to complete the schedule; on time and complete to provide the highest degree of customer service possible. Function in the best interest of the company to promote an effective team oriented environment
Maintain performance standards
Identify and minimize scrap and waste
Facilitate and teach the use of Quality tools
Coordinate production tasks within and for the team (i.e. scheduling, purchasing, planning, maintenance, staffing, etc.)
Inspect and monitor work areas and employee’s behaviors for unsafe acts or unsafe conditions and take corrective action
Provide a safe working environment, and promote employee well-being
Completes training and maintains certification in First Aid
Balance multiple tasks at any given time and prioritize effectively
Education and Experience
Associate Degree in Business/Engineering or related field with three years supervisory experience in a team-based environment or five years supervisory experience in a team-based, process oriented, customer focused, quality conscious, production environment.
Supervision/Coordination
Coordinate performance and policies across all teams and personnel within the assigned Department. Coordination with other departments, as needed, to achieve the goals.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected starting pay for this role is between 57,300.00 - 78,800.00 per year. Within this range, an offer will depend on factors such as level of experience and technical competencies relevant to this specific role, as well as internal equity considerations.
