Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Observe and document children's progress.
- Maintain compliance with New Hampshire child care licensing regulations.
- Ensure classrooms remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with young children preferred.
- CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to pass required background checks and fingerprinting.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
