Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hydrojetting & PCU (Pump Control Unit) Specialist / Lead Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of high-pressure hydrojetting equipment and advanced control systems used in industrial cleaning and maintenance processes. Duties
- Operate and supervise hydrojetting machinery and PCUs to perform high-pressure cleaning, pipe cleaning, and industrial maintenance tasks with precision and safety.
- Lead a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal machine performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment including CNC machines, CNC lathes, milling machines, stamping presses, press brake machines, and fabrication tools.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, manufacturing documents, and mechanical blueprints to accurately set up and execute machining or fabrication tasks.
- Utilize precision measurement instruments such as micrometers, calipers, shop math skills, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and dimensional measurements to verify product quality.
- Maintain detailed logs of operations, safety checks, maintenance activities, and incident reports; ensure compliance with safety standards in production environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on CNC programming (including CAM programming), CNC machining processes, tooling selection, and process improvements for manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating industrial equipment such as hydrojetting systems, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, press brake machines, and fabrication tools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Fanuc controls, CNC programming languages, CAM programming software, and factory automation systems.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, shop math calculations, GD&T principles for quality control purposes.
- Experience with materials handling tools such as forklifts; certification preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments; committed to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues efficiently; excellent problem-solving skills required.
- Prior shop or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable; familiarity with assembly lines and packaging processes is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
