Position Overview:
As Store Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, managing staff, and driving sales. This position requires strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of car film and aftermarket products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and quality control.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and training to maintain an efficient and engaged workforce.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director, VP of Sales and CEO to implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail or store management in the automotive industry, auto film, 12 volt, wheels & tires strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of automotive products and services (preferred).
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
