Source Techworks field service professionals enjoy various work opportunities to support mission-critical, cutting-edge systems for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and their recognizable end-users across the Enterprise IT, Data Center Infrastructure, Medical Technology, and Industrial Automation industries. Many of our clients have recurring needs for installation deployment, preventive maintenance, and break/fix repair events.
THIS IS A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY that includes paid training to support our customer’s specific product type within medical, hospital, and clinical environments. Assignments are expected to run from mid-June through the end of the year. As part of working in healthcare facilities, selected candidates will need to complete standard credentialing requirements prior to deployment, which may include providing proof of certain vaccinations and other compliance documentation, as required by the customer.

Education & Experience
Min. 3 years of experience or equivalent in laboratory or clinical environments OR Associate’s/Technical degree in a STEM field (e.g. Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, Computer Science) OR a BMET/CBET/CABT certificate from an accredited organization
Proven electromechanical dexterity, skills, and aptitude, as well as networking skills and troubleshooting
Experience providing end-user/clinician education regarding use of equipment
Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent communication skills
Able to work independently to complete assignments per instructions and standard accepted practices, while under pressure to meet strict deadlines and provide exemplary customer service
Physical Requirements
Travel: 90%
Must complete and pass a background check
Must be willing to complete healthcare environment credentialing requirements (CREDENTIALING IS A MANDATORY STEP WHICH REQUIRES PROOF OF CERTAIN VACCINATIONS. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.)
Ability to work in confined areas for extended periods of time
Willingness to commit to PPE use when required
Willingness to work with others – including communication through email, phone, and/or SMS text messages
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
