Contract SRO Instructor
Overview
E3 Services is hiring an experienced SRO Instructor for an in-person contract position supporting a commercial nuclear facility in the Northeast.
We are looking for an experienced commercial nuclear instructor who can support SRO licensed or certification training and bring strong operations knowledge into the classroom.
Qualifications
- SRO license or certification on a PWR or BWR
- Recent nuclear instructor or teaching experience
- Commercial nuclear plant experience
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments on schedule
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Develop and update instructional materials for SRO license or certification training
- Review and prepare lesson plans and PowerPoint presentations
- Deliver classroom instruction and facilitate objective review sessions
- Develop practical practice questions and assessments
- Follow SAT and ADDIE instructional processes
- Evaluate student understanding and provide feedback
- Work with subject matter experts and training personnel to ensure course content supports learning objectives
