Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our dental team within a practice that has been well established for over 30 years. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform general dentistry procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canal therapy
- Diagnose dental conditions through thorough patient assessments and medical/dental history reviews
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and preferences
- Utilize dental imaging technologies and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure infection control and safety standards
- Manage complex cases involving prosthodontics, orthodontics, dental implants, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions
Skills
- Proficiency in dental software such as Eaglesoft for scheduling, documentation, and billing purposes
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry
- Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency and patient comfort
- Ability to perform dental extractions, endodontic procedures (including root canals), and oral surgeries with precision
- Familiarity with medical imaging tools for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Excellent client communication skills to build trust and ensure positive patient experiences
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and sterilization procedures to maintain a safe clinical environment

$5000.00 sign on bonus

Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
