Position overview
We are placing Production Operators — both heavy lifter and non-heavy lifter positions — at a manufacturing facility in Lenoir, NC. All positions are fully trainable; no prior experience is necessary.
Schedule
Orientation: (First Week) Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM (1st shift)
Ongoing schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Compensation: DOE (Depending on Experience)
Key responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Monitor processes and maintain quality standards throughout each shift
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete required documentation and production records accurately
- Work as part of a production team to meet daily output targets
Requirements
- No prior experience required — all positions are fully trainable
- Close-toed shoes required; plain t-shirt (nothing profane or provocative)
- Absolutely no jewelry of any kind — facility operates machinery that heats to 400°F or higher; any metal on the body creates a serious burn hazard
- English and Spanish candidates welcome

- This is a non-climate-controlled facility
- This is a closed facility — employees may not leave company grounds during shifts; designated indoor and outdoor break areas are provided
Preferred qualifications
- Prior manufacturing or production experience a plus (not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
