Residential Service Plumber
Location: Rochester, NY
Sign-on Bonus: $1500
(This position is located in Rochester, NY. Qualified candidates must be willing / able to commute to the greater Rochester area.)
Jack & Jill Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team. This full-time position focuses on in-home service, repair, and maintenance work across Rochester and surrounding counties.
$30.00-$50.00 per hour, based on experience
Additional performance-based bonus opportunities
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Day shifts (8 hours)
- No nights, weekends, on-call, or holidays
This role involves diagnosing plumbing issues, completing repairs, and delivering reliable service to residential customers. Technicians are dispatched from home and travel to job sites throughout the service area.
- Troubleshoot and repair residential plumbing systems
- Perform routine service and preventative maintenance
- Explain findings and solutions clearly to customers
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Handle payment collection in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and work standards
- At least 3 years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple service calls efficiently
- Must meet pre-employment screening requirements

This is a field-based position serving Rochester, NY and Monroe and Orleans Counties. Candidates must live within the service area or be willing to relocate before starting.
