About the Role
As a Mobile Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a key technical expert responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical issues in commercial laundry systems. You will operate independently to ensure optimal equipment performance at various client sites, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational uptime through your technical expertise and proactive service approach.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform precision repairs on a wide range of commercial laundry machinery, including washers and dryers.

Execute equipment installations and provide technical support to ensure seamless system integration.

Maintain comprehensive digital records of service activities, parts usage, and travel logs to ensure accurate reporting.

Deliver high-quality customer service by clearly explaining technical solutions and ensuring client needs are met.

Manage and maintain company-provided service vehicles, specialized tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to streamline parts procurement and resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical repair.

Proficiency with electrical testing instruments and diagnostic software.

Strong ability to interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating various site environments.

Prior experience servicing commercial laundry or similar industrial equipment.

Strong computer literacy with experience in MS Office and digital ticketing or dispatch systems.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple service projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
