Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and talented Certified Lash Technician to join our vibrant beauty team on a commission-based structure. In this role, you will deliver exceptional eyelash extension services and a variety of aesthetic treatments, creating stunning looks that boost our clients’ confidence. Your expertise in lash artistry, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure every guest leaves feeling beautiful and valued. Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Deliver a range of aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and laser treatments
- Provide professional consultations to recommend suitable services and products tailored to each client’s needs
- Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols for all tools and treatment areas
- Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and grow your clientele
- Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client results and increase revenue
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications in esthetic laser treatment, hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, tattooing, and other beauty services
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Lash Technician with experience in eyelash extensions
- Proven background in the beauty industry with knowledge of cosmetology practices
- Experience working with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
- Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their aesthetic goals
- Skilled in customer service with the ability to manage front desk responsibilities when needed
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols for all aesthetic treatments including injection administration and body waxing
- Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is highly desirable
- Ability to perform additional services such as hair styling, hair threading, makeup application, or barbering is a plus
- A passion for continuous learning in aesthetic treatments like chemical peels, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, or tattooing enhances your versatility

Pay: $11.00 - $30.00 per hour
