About the Role
As a Lead Heavy Machinery Service Specialist, you will serve as a technical authority for complex diagnostic and repair operations on industrial construction machinery. You will drive equipment uptime and operational reliability by applying your expertise in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to solve challenging field and shop maintenance issues.
Responsibilities-
Execute advanced troubleshooting and repairs on hydraulic, electrical, and fuel systems to maximize equipment performance.

Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance and engine diagnostics to ensure long-term asset health.

Interpret complex hydraulic and electrical schematics to resolve technical malfunctions efficiently.

Document all service activities and repairs to maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment history.

Deliver on-site technical support and operator guidance to ensure safe and effective equipment utilization.

Uphold rigorous safety standards and industry best practices during all repair and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and diagrams.

Strong diagnostic skills using digital voltmeters (DVMs) and CANbus/PLC systems.

Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Ability to provide personal tools and pass pre-employment screenings.

Over 10 years of experience in heavy construction equipment repair.

Demonstrated expertise in advanced diesel engine troubleshooting.

Practical experience with welding and fabrication techniques.

Proven ability to mentor junior technicians and lead service projects.

Experience managing independent field service operations.
