RC LOGISTICS GROUP is URGENTLY hiring drivers for last-mile delivery courier services.
In this role, you will use your own vehicle to safely deliver packages to homes and businesses.
This position is similar to Amazon-style delivery and requires safe driving, package handling, and efficient loading and delivery.

Warehouse/Pickup Location:
Mobile, AL
Delivery Areas:
Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Foley, AL / Pensacola, FL
Routes are assigned throughout these coastal communities.
We're hiring applicants residing in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Foley, or Pensacola ONLY.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, load, handle and deliver packages safe and efficiently.
- Use equipment and tools provided to accurately deliver packages.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of package delivery
- Follow traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving.
- Accurately document all deliveries and delivery issues.
- Handle all packages with care to avoid damage.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- A valid driver’s license
- All drivers will operate their own delivery vehicle
- Must have and be able to use a smartphone and GPS
- Ability to learn and utilize delivery apps to deliver packages
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to work independently and with team members
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally
- A friendly, helpful, and positive attitude
Compensation:
- Earn $900 - $1,200 per week
- Earn More by Delivering More Packages
- Routes with Consistent Delivery Volume Available 7 Days Per Week
