Whether you’re new to sales or already experienced, we provide the training, systems, and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Walk pre-assigned residential neighborhoods generating opportunities
- Speak with homeowners about common home improvement needs
- Set appointments and/or run them yourself if you are ready to close
- Present and sell services such as roofing, windows, and exterior paint
- Build and manage your own pipeline (with support from company leads as you grow)
Compensation Structure
This is a commission-only, performance-based position with no cap on earnings.
You can earn in two ways depending on your role and experience:
Lead Generation (Canvassing)
- Earn 5%–10% of profit per deal you generate
Example:
- Job sold: $25,000
- Company profit: $10,000
- Your earnings: $500 – $1,000 per deal
Closing Deals (In-Home Sales)
- Earn 25%–50% of profit per deal
Example:
- Job sold: $25,000
- Company profit: $10,000
- Your earnings: $2,500 – $5,000 per deal
Earnings Range
- Entry-level reps: $2,000–$6,000/month
- Consistent performers: $8,000–$15,000/month
- Top closers: $20,000–$30,000+/month
There is no income cap. Your results determine your pay.

Additional Information
