We specialize in Trivia, Bingo & Karaoke events and are seeking an enthusiastic Entertainment Host to bring excitement, engagement, and joy to our guests. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the face of entertainment at our resort or venue, orchestrating lively activities, engaging with diverse audiences, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and entertained. Responsibilities
- Host Trivia, Bingo & Karaoke events at one or more locations.
- Lead and coordinate engaging entertainment activities, including shows, games, and themed events that appeal to guests of all ages.
- Interact actively with guests, providing exceptional customer service and guest services that enhance their overall experience.
- Manage event logistics such as scheduling, setup, and breakdown of entertainment programs to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle conflict management professionally by resolving guest concerns promptly and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Utilize public speaking skills to host events confidently, entertain audiences, and communicate important information clearly.
- Work collaboratively with team members across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences in a resort or theater environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in events management or hospitality roles is highly desirable.
- Strong background in customer service and guest services to ensure positive interactions with diverse audiences.
- Experience in conflict management and resolving guest concerns effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with food service operations and cash handling procedures.
- Lifeguard experience or certification is preferred for supervising water-related activities safely.
- Working with children is a plus, especially when engaging younger guests in activities or performances.
- Public speaking skills are essential for hosting shows, announcements, and interactive sessions confidently.
