The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving weekly sales performance across all assigned stores through direct collaboration with sales leaders, marketing execution, CRM training, recruitment support, and performance accountability. This position directly impacts company revenue growth, sales consistency, and employee retention.
To increase and maintain weekly completed sales (deliveries) across all stores by driving accountability, supporting sales leaders, providing CRM and sales process training, monitoring performance data, and supporting recruitment and new hire retention.
1. Weekly Sales Performance Accountability
- Track and monitor completed weekly sales (deliveries) for each store.
- Ensure accurate reporting of weekly performance numbers.
- Provide finalized sales totals at the Monday Team Meeting for bonus calculation.
- Prepare and present a clear weekly performance summary outlining store performance, progress toward goals, action steps taken, and areas needing improvement.
2. Monday Meeting Participation
- Provide verified weekly sales numbers at the Monday Team Meeting.
- Deliver structured updates on initiatives executed during the prior week.
- Attend the Monday Manager Meeting and communicate marketing efforts and performance trends.
3. Sales Leader Collaboration
- Maintain consistent contact throughout the week with each store’s Sales Leader.
- Work collaboratively to meet the joint weekly sales goal.
- Identify performance obstacles and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Reinforce accountability and momentum mid-week.
4. CRM & Sales Skills Training
- Train and coach Sales Leaders on proper CRM usage and lead follow-up procedures.
- Support sales scripting, objection handling, and process consistency.
- Ensure CRM data is accurate and actively used to drive results.
- Identify training gaps and proactively address them.
5. Marketing Execution & Support
- Assist in implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor lead flow and sales conversion metrics.
- Coordinate marketing communication with stores.
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
- Create, schedule, and deploy email and text message marketing campaigns in alignment with monthly national promotions.
- Review and approve advertisements through the company’s automated ad approval platform.
- Assist in the planning, building, and execution of monthly national marketing campaigns.
- Support ongoing marketing initiatives, promotions, and special projects as needed.
- Ensure all marketing communications are on-brand, accurate, and timely.
