Mid Atlantic Watersports (MAWS), one of Lake Anna's fastest-growing marine dealerships, is seeking a motivated Marine Operations & Detailing Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position that plays a vital role in ensuring our boats, facilities, and property are maintained to the highest standards while providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Professionally clean, wash, wax, and detail boats, vehicles, and trailers to like-new condition.
- Assist with seasonal shrink wrapping and winterization preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Clean and maintain all company facilities, including offices, customer areas, shop spaces, and restrooms.
- Assist with moving, staging, and organizing boats throughout the property.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Experience driving a tractor to move boats is a plus but not required.
- Inspect boats before delivery to ensure they meet MAWS quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
- Assist with general marina and dealership operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required.
- Boat license preferred, but not required.
- Tractor or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Schedule
- Monday through Friday (Some weekend work maybe required)
- 8-hour shift
- Occasional overtime or seasonal weekend work may be available
