Position: Field Commercial Superintendent
Location: Elgin, IL
Required Experience:
- 7 years minimum of Commercial Construction Experience
- 3 yrs minimum Superintendent experience
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods across multiple trades.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project or UDA Construction Online.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- OSHA 30 required, with First Aid and CPR preferred.
- Experience managing projects in the $500,000 to $8,000,000 range.
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or coursework in construction management.
- Experience with pre-engineered metal building and tenant improvement projects.
- Additional trade or safety credentials.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
