Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on Carwash systems, and other mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, aschematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs, including equipment repair and replacement of faulty parts.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
- Lead small maintenance projects or construction tasks as needed, coordinating with team members or contractors.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and equipment status.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met.
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, air conditioning, and related mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience with appliance repair and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints effectively.
- Familiarity with construction practices and safety protocols related to building maintenance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while working independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
