Precisive Care is a 16-bed Assisted Living/Residential Home . The Caregivers provide assistance to residents to meet their daily activities of daily living (care needs), while enabling them to function at their highest, individualized level of independence. The Caregiver is expected to (but not limited to): (1) Attend to residents' personal hygiene and personal care needs, including but not limited to grooming, hygiene, dining and nutritional (meal cooking and preparation), mobility, elimination, psycho-social and safety needs. (2) Organize and inventory all supplies necessary to complete the tasks. (3) Support residents in self care, and provide responsive care as necessary for those unable to care for their own needs. (4) Follow universal precautions, proper infection control, sanitation and safety standards of practice in all work and activities. (5) Provide restorative exercise while considering tolerance and compliance of resident to maintain a functional maintenance plan. (6) Observe residents closely, identifying change of needs and communicate such changes to House Manager and family. (7) Participate actively in the resident's individualized care requests and honoring preferences. (8) Work in collaboration with all caregivers to meet each residents' care needs. (9) Plan, organize and conduct social and recreational activities for residents. (10) Engage residents throughout the day to facilitate spontaneous activities to prevent social isolation and depression. (11) Maintain equipment, games, supplies for use in supporting resident and household activity choices. (12) Share talents with other caregivers to assure a vibrant household environment. (13) Document daily activities, activities, response, and tolerance of residents. (14) Maintain clean space in the household, including resident rooms, household common spaces, as well as support spaces and equipment. (15) Maintain supply of all materials to meet residents' care needs in the household. (16) Support and monitor all aspects of the household environment, including plants, children/family, visitors and guests, facilitating all planned and spontaneous needs and activities. (17) Ensure the housekeeping needs of the household are met daily as assigned. (18) Assist residents as needed to wash, mend, iron, fold and sort their personal laundry. (19) Ensure residents' personal laundry is maintained in quality condition. (20) Coordinate work with caregivers to ensure the personal laundry needs of the residents and household linens are met.
