Qualia Systems Specialist
Location: Texas (Hybrid/Onsite preferred)
Department: Operations / Technology Enablement
Reports To: VP of Qualia Support & Escrow Training
We are seeking a Qualia Systems Specialist to support the day‑to‑day use and upkeep of the Qualia platform across our title and escrow operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on Qualia experience who is detail‑oriented, process‑minded, and interested in growing their systems and operations skill set.
The Qualia Systems Specialist will work closely with operations leadership and experienced team members to help maintain workflows, assist users, and ensure consistent use of the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily use of the Qualia system, including workflows, tasks, and automation
- Assist with maintaining workflows, Smart Actions, queues, and user permissions
- Help ensure data is entered consistently and according to company standards
- Provide first‑level support to users and escalate complex issues as needed
- Assist with user training, onboarding, and creation of basic job aids
- Coordinate with Qualia support on issues, questions, and system updates
Qualifications
- Experience using Qualia in a title or escrow environment
- Basic understanding of title and escrow workflows
- Interest in systems, processes, and operational efficiency
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
