Duties
As a Flourish Caregiver, you will play an important role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes by:
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
- Providing personal care services, including catheter care when appropriate
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and exercise activities to promote safety and independence
- Monitoring changes in client condition and communicating concerns to the healthcare team
- Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Assisting with hospice care while maintaining dignity and comfort
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry to help maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Documenting care provided using established systems to ensure continuity of care
Most importantly, you'll provide reassurance, dignity, and meaningful companionship that allows clients to continue living independently at home.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience required
- Previous home care or senior care experience preferred
- Knowledge of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Experience supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers
- Familiarity with hospice care is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Home Health Aide, STNA, or CNA certification is preferred but not required

Shift Availability
We are currently hiring caregivers for the following shifts:
- Day Shift: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Afternoon/Evening Shift: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Applicants should be available to work one or both shifts based on client needs and scheduling availability.
Work Location: On the road throughout the Greater Columbus area
