Perform pest control service work and related tasks on all HNF owned rental properties, stores, bulk Plants, offices, and customers .

Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform

Conducting inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine the extent of the problem.

Implementing effective treatment plans to remedy infestations and advising customers on how to reduce the risk of future infestations.

Educating clients on pest prevention strategies, including proper sanitation practices, sealing entry points, and eliminating pest attractants.

Monitoring treatment progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired results.

Maintaining accurate records of services provided, including treatment plans, products used, and client communications.

Staying updated on the latest pest control techniques and industry best practices to provide efficient and effective services.

Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks associated with the use of pesticides and chemicals.

Communicating professionally and courteously with customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues they may have.

Working independently or as part of a team, depending on the size and scope of the pest control project

Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management, which may not be specifically listed in this job description but are within the scope of the position

Must be 18 years or older with an ahigh school diplomas or GED
-
Position requires the ability to obtain required pest certification and/or business licensing pursuant to state/local law

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50lbs

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator

Willing to work in a variety of weather conditions

Ability to communicate clearly written and oral, basic computer skills required, read, safe driving record and valid driver’s license required.

Pest control knowledge and experience highly preferred

Current/valid Pest Control Certification
