Responsibilities:
- Prepare workstation for daily bread operations
- Divide, shape and bake bread daily for retail locations and wholesale customers
- Scale recipes for bread dough
- Mix bread dough to be shaped
- Follow existing recipes
Maintain cleanliness

Qualifications/Skills
- 1+ years baking experience
- Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Basic Computer skills

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Manual dexterity for handling delicate baked items and equipment.

Work Environment:
- Work is performed in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and potential hazards.
Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
