D & M Rentals, LLC and D.R. Hansen Plumbing, LLC have an immediate opening for a Handy Man to do apartment maintenance, occasional plumbing assistance.
*Right now our greatest need is Lawn Care and Painting*
Apartment maintenance duties include performing all maintenance requests (such as mowing lawns, cleaning, painting and misc.), assist in tasks required to get an apartment in "make ready" condition, perform on-going repair and maintenance work as requested or required, maintain courteous helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc. Plumbing assistant duties comprise of using, delivering or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area, equipment and tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and plumbing repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Repair or replace broken equipment, fixtures, or structures
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Skills
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
This is a full time position. Pay commensurate with skill level. Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance after 60 days, 401K after 6 months.
