Busser / Food Runner
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Busser / Food Runner to join the our team. This is a dual-role position that plays a key part in delivering a smooth, efficient, and elevated guest experience.
In this role, you will support both the front-of-house team and kitchen by ensuring tables are properly maintained, food is delivered promptly and accurately, and the dining room remains clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain a polished and welcoming dining room
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests accurately, efficiently, and with proper table knowledge
- Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and organized service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas in accordance with health and safety standards
- Support setup, breakdown, and cleanup for events or private dining functions as needed
- Ensure food is delivered with care, attention to presentation, and correct table numbers
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to accurately run food and learn menu items and table numbers quickly
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience as a busser, food runner, or server assistant is a plus
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn and grow with the team
Pay: From $15.92 per hour
