What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: $55,000 – $63,000 annual salary (commensurate with experience)
- Work-Life Balance Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum for young learners.
- Create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment that supports cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Adapt learning strategies to meet individual student needs, including those requiring early intervention or special education services.
- Assess student progress and communicate regularly with parents and administrators.
Mandatory QualificationsPlease Note: Applicants must meet the following education requirements to be considered for this role.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education OR Special Education (Required).
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and classroom management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant state teaching certifications or licensures (preferred).
