Colony Home is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator for insurance reconstruction projects throughout Austin, Texas and surrounding cities.
Candidate MUST possess:
- 4+ years Xactimate estimating experience AND
- 4+ years of residential construction experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
Bilingual preferred.
Prior military service sets you apart.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Conduct project walk-thru's
- Select appropriate subcontractors
- Write purchase orders and change orders for approval
- Write Xactimate estimates and contracts for projects
- Function as main point of contact with subcontractor's and office personnel
- Prepare, monitor and update schedule daily
- Interact with property owners, insurance adjusters, property managers and subcontractor's on a daily basis
- Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project
Qualifications
- Xactimate experience a must (4+years)
- Insurance claim process knowledge a must
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently
- Residential construction experience (4+ years)
- Dependable, punctual, professional attitude, people-oriented, detailed-oriented, and eagerness to learn

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
