Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support team members during busy hours
Requirements:
- Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift light items
