Schedule: Full-time, overnight (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
The RN Supervisor ensures highquality nursing care during the overnight shift. Woodbury Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our leadership team, is role supports the Director of Nursing and provides leadership to licensed nurses and nursing assistants. The RN Supervisor helps maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations while promoting a safe, compassionate, and efficient care environment.
Oversee and support nursing staff during the overnight shift
Ensure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with facility standards
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements
Assist with staff supervision, coaching, and performance support
Respond to resident needs and clinical issues promptly and professionally
Communicate effectively with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams
NYS Registered Nurse License (Required)
1+ year of Long-Term Care RN Supervisor experience (Preferred but strongly desired)
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
