The position of Tree and Shrub manager would be ordering plants, merchandising, managing/hiring team members, maintenance and customer service. This position is a year-round full time job that would require descent knowledge of various types of trees and shrubs, their growing habits, etc. The tasks can vary seasonally, but overall the candidate would need to have good leadership, management and people skills as well as plant knowledge.
