Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Cleaner to provide cleaning services across multiple business locations, including cannabis facilities. This role involves routine cleaning as well as specialized deep cleaning. The ideal candidate has experience working in environments that require knowledge of specialized materials, residues, and proper cleaning techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning services at multiple business locations
- Clean cannabis-related environments, including offices, storage areas, and production spaces
- Safely and effectively remove residue from cannabis products (e.g., oils, resins) from walls, floors, and surfaces using appropriate methods
- Use proper cleaning agents and equipment suited for different materials and surfaces
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
- Travel between locations as needed and manage time efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations when working in cannabis facilities
- Communicate with management regarding supply needs, scheduling, and any maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Prior professional cleaning experience required (commercial or industrial preferred)
- Experience with post-construction cleaning strongly preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning cannabis facilities or similar environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of how different substances (such as oils or residues) interact with various surfaces
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy

- Experience with specialized cleaning knowledge regarding marijuanna industry
- Understanding of safety standards, including proper chemical handling
- Flexible schedule and ability to accommodate varying cleaning needs

Compensation
- Competitive contract rates based on experience and scope of work
- Payment terms: starting at $15 an hour depending on how cleaning is going there can be a raise or bonus.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
