We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Operations & Production Assistant to join Vice of Vieve, a small but fast-growing indie fragrance house. This is a hands-on role where you'll help support the day-to-day operations of our fragrance studio—from bottling and labeling fragrances to fulfilling customer orders, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.
You'll be part of a creative, highly supportive environment where every detail matters. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical warehouse work, capable of regular heavy lifting, and committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding our proprietary formulas, processes, and suppliers.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with order fulfillment: picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.
- Crimping and labeling perfume bottles with accuracy and care.
- Organizing inventory and keeping the workspace clean and efficient.
- Helping with general production tasks as needed.
- Ensuring all products are packaged safely and beautifully before shipment.
Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, and move for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 25+ lbs as needed for boxes, supplies, and shipments.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks that require focus and attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a small, collaborative environment.
- Must maintain confidentiality regarding formulas, processes, suppliers, and any other proprietary information.
