As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for utilizing computer-controlled equipment—including grinders, mills, and lathes—to manufacture precise metal components that align with technical specifications and engineering blueprints. Your role involves overseeing machine performance, performing routine equipment maintenance, and verifying that all completed parts meet strict quality and accuracy standards.
Core Responsibilities-
Execute machine setups with speed, precision, and efficiency.

Collaborate with the CAM programming and engineering teams to refine and create CNC programs.

Assist in the design and construction of fixtures for components with diverse complexity levels.

Help boost overall production output by suggesting technical improvements to the programming staff and management.

Run machinery to complete scheduled production batches.

Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks by maintaining a thorough grasp of the Quality Management System.

Required Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED is mandatory; additional CNC training after high school is a plus.

At least five years of hands-on experience operating CNC machinery.

Strong command of G and M codes with the capability to modify programs as needed.

Advanced proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints.
