River Oaks Hospital is looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative- BATON ROUGE/LAFAYETTE AREA to coordinate implement the facility’s strategic sales plan, enhance the facility’s brand/image, effectively manage their assigned territory and accounts, and work to achieve departmental and facility business development goals. The Representative must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication in a fast-paced environment while performing duties in accordance with company mission, values, and behavioral standards.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and print channels to promote products and services

Market Research and Analysis: Conducting research to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and competitor activities is a key responsibility. Insights from this research inform marketing strategies and help the company adapt to changing market conditions
Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively

Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and ability to overcome objections and adapt strategies based on performance data

Analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign metrics

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required. Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree.

Experience: Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. 3 years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Must possess a valid Driver’s License
