Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Home Renovations Technician to join our team. This role involves working on various renovation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in construction and renovation, with a strong focus on carpentry and project management.
Duties
- Manage and execute home renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert guidance throughout the renovation process.
- Perform carpentry tasks including but not limited to framing, door hanging, drywall repair, painting, cabinet, flooring, plumbing and minor electrial repairs and custom fabrications as needed.
- Conduct caulking and sealing to ensure durability and weather resistance in renovations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in home renovations or construction management is essential.
- Strong carpentry skills with the ability to fabricate custom solutions as needed.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely is an advantage but not mandatory.
