Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking a BUSINESS HEALTH ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST to join our BUSINESS HEALTH team!
This is a fully remote position that supports appointment scheduling for all 10 OH clinics. This position requires the ability to answer phones timely, coordinate paperwork to the correct clinic, schedule company pre-employment testing, Department of Transportation physicals, Work injury appointments and follow up visits in two EMR/support systems (Systoc and EPIC), assists with results for company related appointments and helps with referral management to other departments within Aspirus. Responsible to obtain information necessary to maintain complete, accurate department records and data entry, along with other duties as assigned. Follows Aspirus policies, along with providing and promoting a professional and pleasant atmosphere for patients, companies and staff.
HOURS: Full Time 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly
Experience/Qualifications

Knowledge of computer systems and applications normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma. Associate Degree in Health or Business Administration is preferred.
- Office experience preferred in an occupational health setting.
- Additional appropriate education may be considered instead of experience.

Knowledge of healthcare administration principles, organizational policies and procedures, along with proven ability to apply policy and principles to resolve everyday issues and deal with a variety of situations.

Proficient computer program skills with a minimum of 60 wpm with a high level of accuracy.

Skill in gathering, analyzing, anticipating and interpreting information.

Possesses good written and verbal communication skills, ability to prioritize and coordinate work activities, and exercises initiative, problem solving and decision-making.

Ability to work with frequent interruptions.
