Day-Of Event Assistant – Creekside
Overview
Come spend your weekends at Creekside helping bring beautiful events to life! As a Day-Of Event Assistant, you’ll be part of the behind-the-scenes magic that turns our venue into an unforgettable experience for every couple and guest. From setting the scene to keeping things running smoothly, no two days look the same—and that’s what makes it fun. This is a part time seasonal role (hours will fluctuate and you can help create your schedule).
This is a paid, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, and being part of a high-energy, feel-good environment. Bonus points if you’re located nearby!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting up and taking down chairs (this is a big part of the role!)
- Assisting with arbor setups and ceremony/reception spaces
- Helping with light property touch-ups to keep Creekside looking its best
- Driving a golf cart (if needed) to help with quick transitions and support
- Jumping in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly (assisting caterers, tidying game room, setting up signage, etc.)
- Welcoming guests, answering questions, and helping create a great experience
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive, and ready to help wherever needed
- Comfortable being on your feet and lifting/moving chairs
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn, take direction, and be a team player
- Attention to detail and creative problem solving
- Reliable transportation to the venue
