- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power focus preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive experience in electrical power systems, with significant work in mission-critical facilities (semiconductor, data center, pharma, advanced manufacturing, or utility power).
- Expert-level knowledge of MV and LV systems, protection schemes, switchgear, UPS, generators, transformers, grounding, harmonics, and power quality.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical investigations and reliability engineering initiatives.
- Proficiency with electrical system analysis software (SKM, ETAP, EasyPower, or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of codes/standards: NFPA 70/70E, IEEE standards, IEC standards, NETA, UL, NEC/NESC.
- Experience reviewing electrical designs, commissioning, and construction submittals.
- Strong communication skills; able to translate complex engineering concepts into clear guidance for operations teams.
- Ability to travel up to 30–40% to support sites in Europe (Primarily Germany/Austria) as needed.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer.
- Experience in high-volume semiconductor fab environments or high-density data centers.
- Experience implementing predictive maintenance, IoT sensors, SCADA optimization, or analytics-based reliability programs.
- Develop Auditing program to ensure sites are compliant with service delivery expectation
- Technical Authority: Deep mastery of electrical power systems and ability to set global standards.
- Reliability Focus: Strong understanding of failure modes and system-level risk mitigation.
- Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to support complex 24×7 operations with urgency and discipline.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Guides engineering staff, improves organizational capability, and strengthens technical culture.
- Decision Making: Acts with strong engineering judgment, especially under pressure.
- Communication: Clear, structured, and effective with both technical and executive audiences.
