Qualifications:
· Licensed or certified residential appraiser
· Strong valuation and data analysis skills
· Experience with appraisal software and compliance standards
· Excellent communication and teamwork
· Knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines preferred· Bachelor’s degree a plus
